| Introduction | "Common Ground" Sustainable Homes is the forth project of the Lopez Community Land Trust (LCLT). It provides affordable housing for mid-income Lopezians in a mixed income development of 11 homes and 2 rental units along with an office/resource center. It also provides wonderful opportunities for the community of LCLT staff, residents, interns and volunteers to learn hand-ons sustainable construction featuring straw bale and earthen plaster. |
