| Introduction | I have experienced every aspect of the drug war with the exception of incarceration on a drug charge. I watched my Mother overdose on heroin three times before my 8th birthday. She used everything under the sun in front of me and it gave me the greatest drug education I could ever receive. I know that the truly dangerous drugs are alcohol and tobacco. My Mother kicked the last narcotic 5 years ago but remains an alcoholic and smoker. |
