Introduction	Mat Milthaler is a Pastor to Students at Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. With over a decade of vocational ministry experience Mat seeks to help students experience true community and a lifestyle of service. His first collection of student ministry resources, titled E\|Merge, was released Abingdon Press in 2009. He is currently working a project that seeks to unite the church and the principles of Six Sigma. Mat also speaks from time to time at student ministry conferences, camps, retreats, as well as school assemblies. Mat’s wife Hope is the Director of Choral Activities at Kings High School in Kings Mills, Ohio. Together with their sons Reagan and Harrison, the Milthaler’s live in Springboro, Ohio.
