Introduction A theologian, writer and preacher whose interest in African unity in the context of what he calls United Confederation of African States (UCAS), is in active apology for urgent African unity. Having realized the suffering and huge emigration of Africans, he attributes all to a non-united problematic continent. To him, Africa is subject to weaknesses because she has failed to master the management of her own affairs. The only head way as he has expressed in his article, "The final decisive point for African unity", is a confederated African States where each state is a sub region of a United Africa under one constitution, boundless borders, common official languages and one identity. These have been inspired by his favourite Bible quote, " Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1).
