Introduction	I am the president & CEO of a family-owned newspaper company in the southern San Joaquin Valley of California. I believe in improving our community by promoting civic engagement and finding the right model of journalism for the future. What is clear to me is the future of journalism will look very different than the past, and to get there we will have to reinvent the companies that we so carefully built over the years.
