Introduction	I have served the public, in one capacity or another, for over 26 years. Currently a public sector Contracts Manager, I have also served as a Community Planner in one of the most distressed cities in the South. As a veteran I have had the opportunity to work along side people of all hues in communities all across our great nation and have seen firsthand what builds communities: it's sharing ideas. Believing in the Black community's ability to find its own solutions, I created this Blog to explore, discuss, and address the issues that are important to our community--regardless of racial, political, religious, or cultural ideology.
