| Introduction | Owner of Ave. LLC, a Gotham based, boutique culinary production company. I operate a global clandestine dining club, conduct live cookery demonstrations, received a four star review from The Sunday Times in London, published my first book and I've recently been named Food Network's Chopped Grand Champion. As a chef and author, my most rewarding title is 'Daddy'. Inspired by my daughter, Eat `em Up was created to promote discussion of alternative, wholesome options to convenient, processed foods. Also, to provide ideas for quick, economical and exciting organic dishes for your lil ones. Children maintain healthier eating habits throughout their lives when fresh and natural ingredients are incorporated into their daily diets. I want to entice those with little time and limited resources back into the kitchen preparing meals that will leave the kids saying, "Yum"! |
