| Introduction | By definition I am an introvert, although many would argue that. I never liked sports but took up running 2 yrs. ago as a way to release stress. When I am not running, I am busy taking care of business, a taxi driver to my 13 yr old, at band practice, volunteering, having coffee with a friend or spending time with my guy. I love cooking, I hate cleaning up. I have had the humbling experience of being the reason for a charity event or two. Now I try to give back in whatever ways I can.
