Introduction	I am a Lawyer and a Harvard Law School Graduate. Prior to law school, I worked for an Investment Bank and I am also a Certified Public Accountant with an M.B.A.. As an accountant, I spent several years writing accounting opinions for complex business transactions. I currently work as a corporate litigator in a New York Wall Street law firm. When I was in law school, I published a 50 page paper called "Fair Value Accounting - Friend or Foe?" in a business law journal. I am also the author of The Law School Lowdown. This comprehensive law school success guide provides students with time and money saving advice that will help them succeed in law school, on the bar examination and in their legal job search.
