You can punch a hole in an apple using a straw. How do you think that makes your milkshake feel?
It won't feel anything. It's not an apple. Milkshakes are made of tougher stuff. Unless it's a limited edition lame-shake, and even then it still won't feel anything. Because you can't feel with a straw punched through you.
