| Introduction | Hi, my name is Nancy and I am “Nana”. Recently, I found myself in a scary position. All of my retirement funds and investments had evaporated and I was dependent upon Social Security alone to support myself. At the age of 64 and in good health, I figured I had at least another 20 and maybe even 30 years to live. When Social Security failed to give cost of living raises for two years, I quickly realized that I would soon be in the position of not being able to make ends meet. I began to explore ways that I could earn money at home to supplement my Social Security. I also decided to journal my efforts and share them in this blog. Hopefully, I will be successful and, in the process, help others to do the same. I hope you will follow along with me. |
