Introduction	During my life I've had a go at writing anything and everything and I draw on my life experiences in all my writings. Often wondering if, in a past life, I lived on a Greek island, I've travelled for the past fifteen years throughout Greece. I've spent much of this time in villages, studying customs and enjoying the day-to-day life of the people. I've spent holidays in an original cave house on Santorini and in domatia (rooms) of all kinds throughout the Greek islands and the Peloponnese. I think I've been looking for my special place, but in the meantime I've gathered experiences, images, indulgences, and lots of friends. My piece, 'Paros', published in Lonely Planet’s collection of travel stories, 'Rite of Passage – Tales of Backpacking ‘Round Europe', P.168, (Lonely Planet Publications, 2003), and the acceptance of one of my photos for 'The Asian Book', plus the publishing of many other travel articles in Australia, the US and Germany, inspired me to expand my Greek diaries into 'GREECE – Gleeful Glimpses', and to set up my website http://greekpixandwords.com
