Introduction	Hello friends, family, curious readers, etc, my name is Keerthi Caroline Gooty. I’m working as a HR Manager in a private firm. I’m 25 happily married to a chweet person, 8 months back He is working as a software engineer. My passions include my family, cooking, photography, gardening, shopping, collecting antiques, interior designing & blogging. My family always comes first and I enjoy every minute I can. I am a very good foodie like all cancerians . I like to experiment with different tastes and flavors. I try to keep my recipes more spicy but still tastes great. So I created this blog, carol’s cusine, to share my passion for cooking . It’s a wonderful way to organize my recipes and share them at a time. While I don’t consider myself as a good cook, my expertise comes from feeding up to 10-15 members (my hubby’s friends or relatives) at a time. In carol’s cusine you will find few reciepes which I learnt from my grandmothers, who are amazing cooks, friends, internet & some of my own recipes.
