Introduction	Being a random selection of rants, raves, and occasional dribblings, written whilst inebriated, bored, depressed, ecstatic (rare), or all of these. I have a 'other half' - hereinafter referred to as 'Er Downstairs', or ED, who is nominated as the Responsible Adult I sometimes need. Despite my advanced age, I get busy, and then sometimes I can't be asked. Sometimes I just go to the park and feed the hoodies (they're so much easier to shoot when they're feeding), but mostly I'm just a burbling incoherent old git with a 21 year-old inside raging to get out. Bloody sad, really.
Interests	All kinds of stuff, really. Genealogy, Engineering, Cabinet-Making and Antique Tools. You know - all the stuff that makes me such a boring old fart.
Favorite Movies	The Dam Busters, Reach for the Sky and Little Voice. I like English films!
Favorite Music	Johnny Cash is my greatest hero, but anything from Mozart to The Pogues, as long as it's good.
Favorite Books	Pratchett! I love Terry Pratchett and his Discworld characters
