Introduction I am a theologian who is planted firmly in psychology, poetics, and praxis, who seeks to bring aware connection with the Sacred within all of life. I am 47, ordained, and fully expectant that life just keeps rolln' out in bounty and abundance. Each year of living is different and new, and a joy to be part of. My husband is an acupuncturist and inventor. My sons are revolutionaries of their own sort, full of fun, honesty and a little oddness. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat. The cat is in charge. For 12 years, I was in team ministry in a church of thinkers and doers. I am now working in a seminary, helping to empower seminarians to go forth with authenticity (rather than cloaking themselves with a facade of pastors and public ministry past).
Interests reading novels that are worth my time, driving, sitting at the kitchen counters of my friends homes, reading the news, admiring my two sons, astrology, theology, exploring the purpose of our living: People who have most influenced me are: Kurt, Turner, Bennett, Katie, Troy, Sebastian, Larry Farris, Jim Dodson, Dorothy, Kim, Carl.....
Favorite Movies Stranger than Fiction (fantastic concept!), The Truman Show, Shawshank Redemption, Babette's Feast, Little Miss Sunshine, ( I hate to admit it) Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Favorite Music whatever new that is on the radio, jazz, classical, whatever NPR is playing
Favorite Books Way too many to list. I read novels and non fiction, off beat spirituality stuff and hard core theology. But the writing has to assume that the reader is intelligent, or I won't read it. I'm striving upwards, not downwards.

Who placed the stars in the cosmos?
