About me

Gender Female
Location Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom
Introduction I was born with a disability, which causes mobility problems. I have had several joint replacement operations, which I had at a comparitively early age. Having said that, I still have other joints that cause problems, so I am hardly likely to wear the replacements out all that quickly. I like to keep my mind active by solving puzzles with words and numbers. I also like to keep my hands busy with drawing, painting and other crafts. I am a person with simple tastes and pleasures, not very materialistic, just contented with the way life is. I have a wonderful, grown-up son, who is funny and clever and very, very creative. He is a natural-born writer and his drawing skills are enviable. His name is Noel and I adore him. I also have a brilliant husband and I do not know what I would do without hime. He is always there for me and looks after me with such devotion. There are many things my disability restricts me from doing, but Peter is my right arm and my legs too. I love him wholeheartedly and unconditionally. I think at this time in my life, I am the happiest I have ever been.

Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?

A banana peel can be dried in the microwave, and already has the basic shapes needed to make a fusilage and wings.
