| Introduction | I am also a wanna-be chef, a mother to two special needs children (one has moderate hearing loss and one has mild hearing loss and Asperger's.) I am a latte fanatic and my dream would be to travel to Italy and study for the four years it takes to become a Barista there. I have a lactose intolerance and an almond allergy. I suffer from Chronic Pain and Fatigue issues...no diagnosis but it is the exact characteristics of Fibromyalgia (FMS) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). I suffer from migraines- have since birth. I am a licensed nurse but I haven't worked in about 10 years and at this point i really don't think I could...physically. I am hoping to return to college for a masters degree in business...but mainly to keep my mind busy. :) |
