| Introduction | I have worked in IT for over 18 years, including consultancy, systems management and teaching. My experience includes major projects for blue chip companies, IT management for a law firm, systems integration to support mergers and most recently running my own consultancy and training company. I help clients to use IT more effectively, improve efficiency, and make better decisions by turning their business data into meaningful information. Over the last few years I have been increasingly involved in helping companies to customise Microsoft Dynamics CRM to fit their business processes and help them gain valuable insight into their customer relationships, sales forecast and service performance. I have a particular focus on Microsoft software as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), MCSA:Messaging, MSTS in Dynamics CRM 4 and 2011, and Microsoft Office Master Instructor. In my spare time I am a moderator for Security-Forums.com and was recently awarded the Microsoft Community Contributor Award for my participation in a variety of online forums providing advice and help for people with IT difficulties. |
