| Introduction | I am a 21 year old duathlete. I had a pretty good year, I won my age group at the national championships at Short course Duathlon and Sprint Triathlon and a couple locals. I would like to race profressionally next year and race at worlds as a U-23 athlete. I have a dog named Wallace, and I love to run and bike. I'm working on my Swim and I will improve. My coach is Kathy Rounds, and I cannot be defined. |
