Introduction	This project is being conducted through a partnership between the Parkrose Vision Committee, PlanPDX, and the City of Portland Bureau of Planning. Parkrose Vision Committee -a volunteer organization representing the interests of both the Parkrose Neighborhood Association and the Parkrose Business Association. PlanPDX- project team compromised of six members of Portland State’s Masters in Urban & Regional Planning (MURP) program. Barry Manning from the City of Portland, Bureau of Planning will act as a technical advisor.
