Introduction	Im apparently a "New Generation Left". I'm actually a career soldier (deployed as a specialized infantryman during the initial invasion of Iraq and further) turned student with a wide array of passions and interests. I see politics as a necessary evil and as such, I'm fond of learning more about the things that can help or harm me. I've spent years avoiding mainstream media for a multitude of reasons but I'm ready to learn all I can, or maybe just enough to be dangerous...Learning much more about Texas government, the legislative system, how they cooperate, and what my rights are, sit among the things I'd most like to take from this course. To know more about not only my interests but the interests of those in my age and social group is rather important to me as well. Other than that I consider myself an experienced and diverse individual with a leaning toward making decisions based along common sense lines instead of any party or group affiliation. Open mindedness leads to creation and evolution and I am in constant search of both so its how I live my life. Feel free to ask me anything at all as I want authenticity above all else.
