| Introduction | my name is kristen, and i have an associates degree in culinary arts. i have a few years experience baking, and even though i have no specific requirements for my own diet, i try to eat healthy. i have several friends who have special dietary needs, and it sparks my interest. of all of my responsibilities as a pastry chef, one of my favorite things to do is specialty desserts for those of you who have special diets, such as lactose-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc. i am very interested in nutrition, and am currently pursuing a nutrition major at a university. this blog is going to be a culmination of my experiments of recipes. |
