Introduction	Welcome to my blog! I am excited to share my experience as an English Language Arts trainer and teacher with writing at the elementary level. I am a Writing Consultant for the National Writing Project through the University of California, Irvine and have a passion for writing instruction. Over the years, I have found great success with some techniques I have incorporated. I want to provide you with useful strategies and information, so don't hesitate to post questions and success stories! I will get back to you as soon as possible. On a personal note, I'm very blessed to be married to a wonderful guy. We have two grown kids and a new daughter-in-law who we feel is our second daughter! Our family doesn't end with the kids...we have a 108 lb. Bloodhound named Ellie Mae, and a 17 pound cat, named Arlo. Life doesn't get better than this...
Interests	When I have spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking, designing Pysanky eggs, watching movies, and innovating exciting lessons for my students!
