| Introduction | Body in Balance came about as I strived to find alternatives to conventional medicine. After several years of poor health, I turned to Complementary Therapies for help. I had Healing over a period of time and as my health improved I trained as a Healer (and qualified in 2001). I now offer to share the benefits I found through my personal experiences with crystals, healing, Indian Head Massage, meditation and healthy eating as a practitioner and through workshops over a number of years. In 2008 I set up the Body in Balance College and now teach diplomas in Crystal Healing, Indian Head Massage, Tsuboki Face Massage and Tsuboki Hand Massage.
