Introduction	The Author, a graduate of Masters in Business Administration (MBA), is a Human Resource & Organisation Development Freelance Consultant whose solid experience was gained through employment from various companies here and abroad. He has been the Editor / Columnist of Dumaguete SunStar (2006-2007). At present, he writes a weekly column for Dumaguete Star Informer under column title "Random", Back in 2008-2009, his column was named "Arabian Diaries," in 2010, "The Gulf Files" in 2010-2011, and "Hushed Poppies" in Sept. 2011 to 2014.
