| Introduction | There is not a person that lives life that does not have pain or regrets. Certainly, like everyone else, I've lived my life with both pain and joy. I have come to find that it is much better to struggle to find joy, rather than live in pain. With so many possible choices, what are those things you choose that defines you? I hope all who stop by this blog find something that they can relate to and are inspired to tell their stories of joy or healing. I encourage everyone to share their stories of victory and those things they did to overcome life's challenges - even if it was only a small win. After all, since every day we're afforded the opportunity to feel joy and experience life's pleasures why would would we choose to succumb to a dreary and pain filled exsistence.
