Introduction	I graduated from The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of CO, with a diploma in Baking and Pastry on December 18th, 2009. I won Certificate of Excellence for portfolio. While in school I had to write journals and it helped me a lot. I've decided to continue this and write about my adventures that lie ahead, subjects that I find interesting, or just what's going through my head in relation to the pastry world.
