Introduction	Mary Ann is coordinator of EMT694 and a newbie in this Blogging business. Mary Ann shares life with her three Masterche besotted children, 5 chickens, 1 long-suffering cat, and perhaps an equally long suffering partner.Maureen has two adult daughters both arty and creative. One is studying this degree on line while pregnant and managing a most creative 18 month old daughter (arts genes). I have an amazing golden retriever Molly...love her to distraction and two very fat British blue cats.
Interests	Mary Ann has way too many interests!! That's why she loves working in arts education. Maureen also has way too many interests, she works in the arts and as a painter plays in the arts as well.
Favorite movies	Mary Ann has just (belated) seen The King's Speech on DVD. Wow! Maureen is totally hooked on movies!!!! Loves them all!!! Especially "in the name of the Father" (very old but continue to watch it at least once a year.
Favorite music	Mary Ann - Anything and everything from the Ministry of Sound's chill out compilations. Not as big on music as books and films. At moment listening to instrumental Just Breezin' by couple of young guys who busk at Salamanca market
Favorite books	At the moment, Parenting for a Peaceful World by Robin Grille - every educator (parent or not) should read it. Totally hooked on books... Just read " A friend like Henry" Book is about an autistic child who totally struggles with life, as do his parents until Henry comes into his life! You guessed it Henry is a golden retriever, he taught this struggling person the meaning of love! Every teacher should read this book!
