Introduction	I crochet blankets for babies, and donate them to women's shelters, daycare centers, churches, and for friends. I have a loving family. I recently lost my brother, who was my best friend. I miss him every day. I retired from Augburg Fortress Bookstore after serving 24 years. When Louis left, I no longer felt I wanted to be there. That's when I started counting down my time to retirement. I knew it was time to go and enjoy the rest of my life. I gave myself a blow-out party, and left on my 65th birthday. I never looked back, but I stayed in touch with my friends. I've been married for 43 years, and I still get butterflies when he looks at me. We really like each other.
Interests	crocheting, reading, making friends, my computer, and cooking.
Favorite movies	Suddenly with Frank Sinatra, all Tyler Perry movies, Birdman of Alcatraz with Burt Lancaster, and any Denzel Washington movie.
Favorite music	Smooth jazz, and Soul Sounds of the 50's
Favorite books	Bible, Roget's Thesaurus, Rachael Ray books, and any book by Stephen King.
