| Introduction | I am no pro, and have no credentials to speak of when it comes to telling you what to do in your kitchen. What qualifies me to run this little area is the fact that I 1) own a computer, and 2) love to cook and conjure up foods in my own kitchen. Over the years and by devouring hundreds of cook books, I have learned my way around my kitchen. I love giving culinary advice. It’s an even a bigger compliment when it’s solicited. I love all kinds food, and I love to eat, and if I had my “druthers” ( ugh, you think to yourself she used that word, imbecile! ) I’d be the next Julia Child. I am, however, under 5 feet tall so that won’t happen. For now I’ll just stick to sharing what I’ve learned by trial and error . Enjoy! xoxo |
