| Introduction | Reynaldo “Rey” Lugtu is a senior executive of an information and communications technology firm. He held various senior executive roles in mutinational firms in the technology, automotive and industrial, and FMCG sectors. He is concurrently Professorial Lecturer in the Graduate School of Business of the De La Salle University where he teaches strategy, general management, and technology management in the MBA, MBA-Law, and MS in Entrepreneurship programs.
