Introduction	Long ago, a boy was born to a peasant family in a small village. One day the village was destroyed, and the boy was the only survivor. He wandered alone until he stumbled upon a retired wizard who recognized him as "the prophesied hero" who would save the world from a power-hungry Dark Lord. The boy grew, developed magical powers with the wizard's help, encountered a cast of zany characters on his quest, learned lots of morals, and ended up turning the Dark Lord's powers against him through virtue and saving the world. ....I was that boy.
