Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?

Of course! Every fish should have a bicycle! Despite the "fish-out-of-water" puns that could be made, it's a great mode of transportation for our finned friends. Former President George W. Bush sums it up well: "I believe that humans and fish can coexist peacefully". Wise words, Mr. Bush. Wise words. But first, they'll need to use training wheels, at least, until they get the hang of it.
