Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Why write this blog at all? I'm sedated, on meds, having 4 holes in my gums, am grumpy, and am not allowed to lie down until I can feel my tongue again. Have any more questions for me, Smartass?
