| Introduction | I've always wanted to love yoga, but I don't believe all that spiritual stuff. I think Diamond Dallas Page Yoga (DDP Yoga) could be the answer for me. I've battled depression for years, I'm bordering on Type II diabetes, and my blood pressure is high. I'm 44 and want to be a better role model for my little girl. I don't want to take prescription meds. I want to be healthy. |
