Introduction	I am the chair of the Whatcom County Republican Party. Uniting our party around bedrock Republican principles is the goal of my leadership. I focus on the fundamentals that bring us together and move forward with a positive vision and message to build a stronger Republican Party. I am committed to the Republican Party platform. I have always and will continue to vigorously defend: 1. Limited government 2. A strong national defense 3. Protection for all human life. 4. America’s unique founding principles (liberty, personal responsibility, private property rights, sovereignty, capitalism…) I have been involved in building and expanding the Republican Party in my community. I have supported and worked for the election of conservative candidates at every level. My roots are planted deeply in Whatcom County and I hold a profound appreciation for the beauty and opportunities that we enjoy in the “Fourth Corner” of Washington State. I center my life on faith, family and country, in that order.
Interests	spending time with family and friends, my adorable grandchildren, running, gardening, boating, horses and of course, POLITICS
Favorite Movies	All the Jane Austin movies like Pride and Prejudice, Emmah, and Becoming Jane. All time favorite is Anne of Green Gables.
Favorite Books	Thanks to my Kindle I am usually reading 3-4 books at a time.
