Introduction	Was born in the Cape grew up in Eastern Transvaal and then lived in Natal for 20 years. Now back in Cape and enjoy every day of it. Ran 10 Comrades, paddled Dusi 8 times 2 Berg rivers ,5 Fish rivers now doing mountain bike and road bike cycling.I also love cooking and did a cordon bleu cooking with Crestina Martin in Durban.

Favorite movies	Not a great movie person worked at drive inn as youngster.
Favorite music	All tipes,Neil Diamond,Moody Blues, Pink Floyd,John Denver,Deep Purple,Bee Gees,Theuns Jordaan, Camelion,Tom Waits.
