Introduction	My name is Aynore Soares Caldas, I am 38 years of age, I have been riding since I was four years old and I have a great passion for horses. I have worked professionally with horses for seven years. I started as an assistant of a riding instructor, and during this period I did a course to become an instructor of basic riding for children in the Club Cuiabano de Hipismo, a riding centre located in Cuiabá, in the state of Mato Grosso. I have taken tests in horse jumping in the enduro, drum and beacon categories, the last two riding western style. I have also done a basic course in “doma” rational training for horses. I have worked for two years as a horseback guide for international clients at an eco-tourist lodge in the Pantanal and have good references from my work there. I speak basic English and German, and have some knowledge of Spanish. My professional goals are to develop my technical riding skills and to improve my abilities as an instructor.
