| Introduction | Im Kellye, an teacher gone homeschooling mom of 2 teenagers and wife of 20 years to my best friend. I love a good cup of coffee, sweet tea, front porch swings, good books, gardening, cooking, family traditions, and all things decorating!! I love photography and long for a simple slow paced life!! I am saved by the grace of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. One day I will be made perfect in His glory...until then I just keep begging for His grace! |
| Interests | Believe it or not I enjoy cooking and cleaning and am my happiest when my husband and children are clean, fed, and happy!! I also enjoy reading, gardening, and crafty stuff. I am a big scrapbooker and love home made things!! |
| Favorite books | Some of my favorites are Joanna Weaver's "Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World" and "Having a Mary Spirit." I love "The Excellent Wife" by Martha Peace and think it should be a requirement to get a marriage license. I also love Jill Rigby who is a local author where I live but is phenomenal. Her books that I love are "Raising Selfless Children in a Self absorbed World" and "Raising Respectable Children in a Disrespectful World" and I believe that both should be requirements to have children!! |
