| Introduction | Using this blog, an MBA student at London Metropolitan University is sharing HR-related material with a focus on the banking sector. My goal is to draw readers who will read all the literature I've included in my posts to those who will spend a little time learning something new. As a result, I have created a few interesting and brief pieces that give the facts without reference to any other sources of information. Additionally, several pieces were written expressly employing a lot of journal articles. I have shared my experience at work about the issues I have written about in my blog and included critical evaluation in each of them to convey my own perspective.
