| Introduction | I'm the creator behind Wanderin' Studio—a Jeep lover, a mom, dog owner, longtime partner of a veteran, tax preparer, creator and chronic question-asker who's never been particularly good at staying in one lane. I grew up in Northern Virginia, spent the beginning of my adult life in Virginia Beach, and eventually wandered south to Florida in 2016. Florida is home now, and a lot of what I write about comes from the people, places, problems and downright weirdness I've encountered here. Wanderin' Studio is where all the pieces of my life collide: Florida and Volusia County, working-family realities, consumer issues, things worth investigating, small business, Jeeps, dogs, outdoor adventures, shark-tooth and fossil hunting, DIY projects, creating things and the occasional rabbit hole I absolutely did not intend to fall into. It's also where I build things—from digital downloads and creative projects to Roamer Wear and Pink Ledger Tax Co. I don't have all the answers. I believe in asking better questions, finding the receipts, making useful shit and figuring things out along the way. Stay curious. Keep wanderin'. |
