Introduction	Hi, I'm "The Grazer". My friends coined this nickname for me because, well, I graze. What can I say? I like veggies. What's better than a big salad, a vegetable soup, or an organic veggie burger? Sorry, but I'm not interested in braised pork shoulder, lamb ragu, or mouth-watering chocolate cake. I'll tell you which NYC hot spots are putting out the best salads, the crispiest bruschetta, or the tastiest baked tofu. And I'll rate each place I review from 0 carrots (rotten) to 5 carrots (100% grazer-worthy). Alternatively, I post links to noteworthy articles about health or vegetarianism.
