Introduction	Practicing personal trainer since 1995. Certified with the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Research in Dallas, TX. Switched to nutrition and began studies at Texas Woman's University. Completed American Dietetic Association approved dietetic internship with Texas A&M University - Kingsville. Became registered dietitian in Sept 2001. Completed Master's degree in Human Sciences in August 2007.
Interests	Cooking, vegetarianism, figure competitions, karate, math teaching/tutoring for adult learners, and furniture building.
