| Introduction | I am a passionate person who constantly struggles with a 0 to 90 kind of impulsivity. I no longer watch, "Sad", movies; the emotions they stir up tend to bring out the brooder in me. I whine too often, (a bit neurotic).I'm working on excising that tendency and just living life. I have a keen sense of rhythym and love few things more than departing from the humdrum world for the sensual one that I transport to in dance. To a certain degree, I regret not having pursued a career in the arts, whether it be dance, writing or drama but realize that there are many invaluable assets in my life that I may have missed out on, had I done so. I have a strong desire to help others but that desire is often frustrated by complications that I have inflicted upon myself. Blogging is my first attempt at reentry into the world of creativity in over 20 years. Just haven't been able to access that part of me. In doing this I hope to rejuvenate that aspect of who I am and escape the confines of my own neuroses. In short, become less selfish, braver, stronger and more self-aware. |
