Introduction	I became a believer in and advocate for fibromyalgia about 20 years ago, when I first started working with fibro patients and noticed how similar all their symptoms were. I wrote an editorial that was published in 2004, called Fibromyalgia: The Answer Is Blowin' In the Wind. The response to it was so overwhelming, I decided to write Breaking Thru the Fibro Fog. I've also written 4 novels, 10 children's books, and a book of inspirational essays called Finding Shelter From Addiction.
Interests	family and friends, writing, singing and song-writing, guitar, other instruments, singing in the Karen Schuessler choir, playing ice hockey (I'm a goalie), tennis and racketball, reading, webdesign, following my boys' hockey teams.

Favorite music	Harry Chapin, The Eagles, Hayden's Lord Nelson Mass
Favorite books	Kurt Vonnegut is my favourite author.I also love the Thomas Covenent Chronicals (Trilogies 1 and 2) by Stephen R. Donaldson.
