Introduction	After 30 years of teaching (English, English as a Second Language, Deaf/Hard of Hearing) I love to talk about kids; learning; and effective teaching. What's motivating? How do we reach the "hard to reach" kid or the special needs kid? How do we encourage the gifted kid?
