| Introduction | I was at various times and places, a lecturer, manager of state newspaper, mobiliser and communicator, and an administrator. I have interest in capacity and human resourse development and in behaviour change communication. As an elder in the Lutheran Church, I am a believer in Jesus Christ as my personal Saviour and enjoy sharing the Gospel as well at any given opportunity and in any form and place. My guiding principle in life is honesty, trnasparency, accountabilty, equity and fairness and above all the fear of God and enjoy mixing with those who share such princples and those who would want to develop them. |
