| Introduction | I am a solicitor and training consultant with experience, and a particular interest in, practical legal training for graduate and recently admitted lawyers. I was admitted to practice in 1984. I was a partner in a national law firm 1992-1997. From 2001-2010 I was the Director of the Articles Training Program (ATP) in Perth. In that role I was responsible for designing and teaching courses to teach and assess the National Competencies for entry level lawyers in Australia. I now work with law firms to design and deliver training programs for graduate lawyers. |
