Introduction	I am a Senior Technical Staff Member in IBM’s Information and Analytics Group with architectural responsibilities for Analytics, Data Management, Information Integration, Data Governance and Master Data Management. Working out of the India Software Labs of IBM India Pvt. Ltd., I also have some additional responsibilities for Technology Development Strategies, Talent Development, Academia Collaborations and Intellectual Property Development. In the 19 odd years of IT Industry experience, I have worked across various industry domains like Financial Services, Automobiles, Education Sector, Communication Services Providers, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, Travel and Transportation, Government, Enforcement agencies, Technical Support etc. I am a member of the IBM Academy of Technology and the India chapter of the Technical Experts Council and I do hold a few patents. I also lead the charge of IBM’s Information and Analytics Group’s collaboration with Universities in India and am currently leading initiatives with many India Universities in Research programs for various subject areas like Data Mining, Big Data Platforms, Real-time Analytics, Data Security/Privacy to name a few.
