Introduction	I cook like a penguin. I'm a tiny bit messy and a whole lot of clumsy, but despite the odds I somehow seem to make it all work in the end. I'm always on the search for new and exciting things to cook, especially desserts, and I'll try anything once. My philosophy is fresh is best, and living just a short walk from the markets and the ocean, I'm spoiled for choices. I've started this blog as sort of my virtual cookbook, and as an excuse for me to take pretty pictures. Hope you enjoy!

Favorite movies	Shaun of the dead, Hot fuzz, Donnie Darko, Primer, Fight Club, March of the Penguins, classic Disney cartoons, classic xmas movies, etc.
Favorite music	Kate Miller Heidke, Colbie Calliat, Michael Buble, Justin Timberlake, Jose Gonzalez, Jack Johnson, Lily Allen, Death Cab, and everything from country to techno. I don't like hard core screaming metal stuff though.
